Yes, you can! For video-only options, we recommend adding your own music when uploading to social media. If you're ordering a frame, we can include 15–30 seconds of music for you. If you need specific music for your frame, please send us a message during the checkout process. It’s a great way to make your memories more personal and engaging.

You can upload photos directly from your phone, or simply take photos of printed photos using your phone’s camera. Both options work great! Just make sure the images are clear and well-lit so we can create the best possible video or frame for you. We recommend uploading your photos in order from youngest to oldest to create a smooth and meaningful progression in your video or frame.
